I tried to send mail to the UK through USPS and was very disappointed with the experience. Coming from the UK, I expected a similar standard of customer service, but what I received was shocking. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude, and I was not given enough information about the process. The service was slow, and it felt like there was little effort to actually assist customers. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below the standard I would expect.

Recently the times for PO Box access has been reduced to business hours and it was not communicated to clients. I chose this post office due to it previously having 24/7 access to PO Boxes. I will be terminating my PO Box agreement.

A Hanger on, entitled, incompetent staff. An insulting robotic attitude. A perfect reason for USPS to go private. Avoid at all cost. Way too risky.

I waited a total of 27mins to be serviced and once I reached the desk I noticed I wasn’t greeted with the same customer service others were greeted with. I didn’t appear to be, nor was I upset about the wait so I don’t understand why I wasn’t acknowledged like everyone else. Mario was very rude despite my kindness. I honestly believe it was a racial issue. He didn’t even confirm my address (although it was sent successfully), as well as he didn’t ask if I wanted to add insurance. I am disappointed in Mario and the service I received from him.
