I really dislike this place who ever delivers the package to my location doesn't care about their job its the 3rd time they misplaced or give the package to someone else, and its packages that are worth 300 to 400 dollars

I have seen problems with package deliveries in mailboxes, some never arrived, others get lost, I have also seen packages thrown in mailboxes with addresses other than those from the place. This is a very serious problem because if you are waiting for an important document and you lose it, it is stolen or it gets lost, who can be blamed if not the post office itself and those who do their job reluctantly. They should improve the service and train the staff, we are already like the post offices in third world countries, it is not fair.

Short African heavy set lady (didn’t get her name) is extremely rude, no sense of customer service at all. She would rather thoroughly go back and forth than to kindly explain herself. Should’ve seen the 2.5 stars and went to a different office. Need better employees!
