Big blockages at 75211, MUST BE DISORGANIZED there. Please send someone down from corporate to FIX all the issues in this sorting and distribution system. Crazy SLOW service of packages. I have Proof. One MORE item...I saw many times my packages go to 75260 then to 75211 and then get send back to 75260 then back to 75211 for 4 or 5 business days...what's that hogwash about? Package hot-potatoing? Not my problem?

unacceptable customer service I experienced involving an employee named Mr. Richards. Mr. Richards was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. Instead of providing assistance in a courteous and respectful manner, he displayed a rude attitude, spoke to me dismissively, and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic professionalism and respect, regardless of the situation. there is no excuse for speaking to customers in a disrespectful or hostile manner. My experience left me very disappointed and upset, especially from a place that is expected to serve the public professionally.

The women at the counter are very nice and personable, but don't seem especially focused on moving the line. and there is no self-service kiosk, so we have no choice but to listen to all the stories about their families and favorite dining establishments for lunch. I'd take a photo of the 8 of us standing in line looking annoyed but the federal govt frowns on this. Please add another clerk who is as nice as the others or get one of the kiosks that you promote on the wall. Thanks

I'm not even in Dallas but it NEVER FAILS IT'S DELIVERED AFTER the intended delivery date when going through Dallas! And it ain't because it's the holidays, I had packages delayed 2 months ago!! #atleasttrytodobetter
