I usually have a horrible experience at this post office but today they had a guy named Felix upfront who was able to help me sort my situation out efficiently and with limited information that I forgot to have prepared with me. Despite my inadequate degree of preparation and usefulness and my goal to receive my package, Felix was able to adapt and sort out my situation while adhering to all usps standards and processes. This degree of Dedication to Assisting customers and intelligent application of problem solving is a first I've ever seen from this USPS or really any government employee. I'm sure this guy has some kind of background that follows him but it would massively benefit this post office to professionally invest in and reward this guy for his diligence and professionalism. No, I don't know him personally or anything, merit deserves to be recognized. Good work and Keep it up Felix

Dumbest building design I’ve ever seen. No reason why there should be fences blocking every single side of the building. You have to take a 5 min detour to get to front

I drove 1 hour to drop off 10,000 pre-paid EDDM brochures, just to be told that the system is down and they have no idea when it will return. Every customer around me was frustrated and telling me they’ve been trying to get mail for week… Shame on the government for monopolizing mail service and failing to deliver.

As a business, we rely on our post office and mail carrier to deliver our mail on a timely basis. Our usual carrier is great, but when he's on vacation, like this week, we don't get our mail. We haven't received mail in 3 days now!! Don't waste your time trying to call the post office either.

Felix is amazing. He goes above and beyond. You know you are in good hands with him. Twice he has helped me.
