Jaime at the counter was so polite and welcoming that I didn't mind waiting. There was quite a bit of people trying to get packages out after the freeze and she made sure to let everyone know that she would get to them as soon as she could.

Horrible place. And horrible mail lady in the Flats Apartments the mail lady do not deliver ur package to ur door she LIES and say delivery attempted and she don't attempt anything. I have cameras on my front door and my patio and you can see the mail lady just driving threw the apartments and I live downstairs. As for the post office it self they are Very rude and unprofessional and shows the don't care. Just getbALL new employees.

This place has the most incompetent employees I’ve ever came across. Can’t even match 3 digit numbers to a mailbox . You call n call nobody wants to do their job , or they talk to you like it’s your fault your mail wasn’t delivered but yet yall are the mail carriers ???? N These are adults we’re talking about . SMH

Customer service here is phenomenal. Sometimes we hurt ourselves by not being understanding of current events. There's one worker up front. Use common sense. Take your complaints up with those that operate and own these places. Thank you to all usps workers that keep things flowing in this time of need.

The lady that was working here today afternoon wasn't very nice. She said I only had 5 minutes to help me. Looks like they where about to close in 9 minutes when I got there to close. Their was only one person in front of me. I asked her what shipping bag or box did she suggested I use to ship back my clothing items. She said I don't know. I told her the guy that use to work there was so nice. He would help me when I had a question on how to package my items. Sad he doesn't work there no more. Need people like him that like to help others.
