Almost every Post Office can be busy, but it's the great staff that make me keep coming back to this location. Every time I walk in, whoever is working, always has a smile on their face and we have a nice little chat While they're taking care of my package. Very knowledgeable, right to the point, Even take the time to help the people that don't understand the process. This is why this is the only Post Office in Tucson. I come to

UPDATE UPDATE Don't buy anything and have it shipped to this post office on valencia. I'm out $115.00 bc someone wanted my package more than me. Box label was ripped and made to where it can be replaced. You can plainly see it wasn't a gallon of fly spray and 2 fly masks. The FBI was notified and a call from me for federal mail theft. If I were you don't trust these people and this facility. Update: after asking them to search for the package, they gave it 24 hours and sent an email saying it was delivered and blocked all communication pertaining to my package. I contacted the news and was hoping to blow the whistle on these people and the fraud that this company allows, still waiting for the FBI investigation and the news to get ahold of me. At the end of the day, these are people who where given a badge and a pass to steal without consequences. They put their pants on the same way we all do. The morals of these humans are disgusting.

I usually don't have any problems with the mail delivery itself...when I was able to check my mail. They re-keyed the mailboxes with no notice, so there were several days (during tax season and voting no less) when no one could even theoretically check their mail. They put up a sign that you can go get a new key, but they're only open when most people are at work, and there's no such thing as a quick in-and-out at this location, much less if you create a new group of people who will all be forced to go get new keys if they ever want to see their mail again. I didn't ask for a new key, and I didn't know I'd need one, so to suddenly put the burden of taking time off to drive and wait outside in line and go pick up a key on all the people whose mail is now inaccessible is just poor planning and poor customer service.

If there was a zero they would get it. It is 230 pm and I've called this post office 27 times. They lost my package.in their building. This post office is lucky to have Edgar and the lady that was on the counter today. They are the only 2 with a brain! Does anyone know how to get a cluster box since I've been begging for 6 years? Today is Wednesday. 415 pm. No carrier in sight. Called 10 times and no one picked up. This is the worst post office in az! And the supervisor Daniel does not care. If he cared he would fix the stupid in his office. April 3 called all day. No one picks up. Mail carrier was suppose to leave slip in mailbox. Try again. It's the second time this week. They need to clean house this post office sucks and needs to be closed

This Annex does its best to accommodate everyone. I've lived here 27 years and it never changes. We dont get service to our home therefore we have to drive to pick up packages. Recently We have complaints about out postal person delivering to our locked boxes. We are receiving others mail, there cramping articles in the small box that should not be. I had a small sign they folded to get into the box! I have complained but nothing has changed. Where to go, what to do, seems Noone cares. FEB 2026
