Unorganized sums it up. From informed delivery, held mail services and the way they handle customer intake is all unorganized and a quick way to annoy yourself. If I ever need to send mail I’d use the kiosk if I HAD to visit this office. Personal is polite and there are a lot of competent looking workers but it’s a brick wall of progress on details from what I’ve experienced and seen the last few weeks. Also the lobby is not monitored by an obvious camera so I won’t be using them for PO Box services although they’re closest to me.

Guess where my live plants were left, when a big red sticker right under the label clearly asks to deliver to door. They still refuse! Plants died in mailbox.

I went to the USPS today to drop off a package, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Leslie, who I was told is the manager, approached me in a very unprofessional and rude manner. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My friend has also had similar bad experiences at this location, so it doesn’t seem like this is a one-time issue. Because of how I was treated, I ended up going to a different USPS location, where they helped me perfectly fine and were much more professional. I was also told that Leslie is the manager and that multiple customers have complained and started going to other offices because of their experiences here. I hope this location takes these concerns seriously and works on improving customer service.

I use the kiosk when I was forced to go here as it was the only usps near where I lived. The elderly white hair lady manager was always rude towards me and I have no idea why. Her understudy lady was the same. They would refuse to wend my labeled mail if there was just a slight bend in the blank white corner. I have never had any of the other usps refuse my mail. As long as the bar code and address is not bent/distorted they have always accepted and shipped my mail. It got so bad with just how nasty their attitudes were that I just used the pre paid qr code label options at the kiosk machine and dropped it into the 1 large collection box. They are also the worst at making sure their 1 large and 1 medium collection boxes are empty. They are almost always so full you cant use them. There are 2 male employees that have always been kind and polite-they deserve raises or better yet let them work under a new/better manager.

Although this is a very busy location, the people who work there are very efficient. The line moves quickly due to the well experienced staff. I don't recall having a negative experience here. There is a self-serve kiosk available for use when the post office is not open (during opening hours). I don't understand all the bad reviews. I am literally only commenting on the service that is provided inside. NOT in regards to USPS in general and / or post office workers and their delivery services.
