I love the fast and friendly service at my local post office! The staff are always helpful and welcoming, and the facility has everything I need—clean, convenient, and well-stocked with mailbox access, card supplies, envelopes, and more. Today, Janet greeted me with a warm smile and provided excellent service. It made my day (Tax due date day!!!)

Long lines always, only 1 person working on a Saturday which is ridiculous. Waited over 30 minutes to mail 1 package. Customer service rep behind the counter has no sense of urgency. Will skip this post office and use UPS next time. With the price of shipping now days with USPS would expect better customer service. Thornydale Post Office you have lost my business forever!

SUPER RUDE. This is why we don’t care if they close down the post office. And honestly, when I see government employees behaving like this toward the public I think I like DOGE. Sometimes they really do deserve to lose their jobs.

Why have a self package station if you ALWAYS leave the parcel drop part locked?? And why does it need to be locked after hours too! People have jobs and need to be able to drop off pre paid packages at all times. Line out the door and 2 staff working initially then line gets longer and one employee leaves? No replacement? Had to wait around way longer than necessary. Make a clear area to drop off pre paid when open and fix the drop off part! Ridiculous

This post office is one of my favorites in Tucson. The staff is friendly and professional. I’ll definitely come back!
