I had a great visit at this location. After reading former reviews I was a little worried but before I got there I prayed and asked Jesus for favor and that His love would shine through me.towars the staff. When I got there I was helped by an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses. He was kind, professional and efficient. It was a great experience. May God bless everyone who reads this review. Step out on faith today. 🌞

They are a very limited post office. They do not have “ to and from” labels for your boxes and they don’t any boxes they have sleeves. The Hispanic lady with glasses and black hair was extremely rude to me and another guest so I asked her if I could give her some effective feedback and as expected, she took it very poorly. As I was speaking, she was turning her back and not listening to anything I was saying, and she became very defensive and was still being rude. I told her as a leader that is a very poor quality to have and she cared zero. I politely asked her to step to the side so I didn’t have to give her the feedback in front of everyone and she declined so she received polite feedback about her attitude in front of everyone unfortunately, but I hope that made it stick.

Five stars for Alma, she’s amazing. Quick & efficient, unflustered by a busy Monday & a non stop line to the door. Queen. In fact, everyone that’s helped me here has been efficient & polite. Only drawback is the lack of options for packaging to purchase (like larger cushioned mailers), so come prepared. People need to be more patient. It’s an underpaid, under appreciated career.

I went in there and initially asked if they could print a shipping label for me and the lady at the counter said yes, I asked because there was a long line and I didn’t want to waste my time. By the time I get to the counter (after 35 minutes, which I never complained about because I understand how busy it can get) another lady says she can’t print for me but the other worker next to her could. I waited and this other lady (same lady that told me yes initially) says that’s not possible anymore. I ask if they have a printer and they said no. Their attitude was very rude and not understanding at all despite all the time I waited and despite I told them I had no other way to print it. Horrible customer service. Still wished them a good day and also wish they had a better attitude at work.

Super weird experience. They can't print labels, so you go to buy an envelope and ask to borrow a marker or pen and they just look at you dumbfounded. As if theres no reason anyone inside a POST OFFICE would need something to, I dont know, write an address on the envelops they sell? Super bizzare. Pretty sure this location is ran by space aliens during their first week on earth.
