Chaz 9 months agoI highly recommend NOT sending or receiving anything in bright colored envelopes (whether it be a letter, card, photo(s), gift card, money, etc.). One of these mailmen and/or postal workers has been opening up my mail.. I'll receive my mail already ripped open and contents inside gone/ STOLEN. Also, plan accordingly if you have to go inside. It's almost always a slow and long process no matter how many people are in line. Try to go in the morning if you can. Lastly, customer Service can be a hit or miss at this USC location.
Daylan Perkins 3 weeks agoi have pretty low standards for the post office in general but this one takes the cake for worst service. The day they were supposed to deliver my package they never bothered checking to see if i was home they just put a slip in my mailbox and went along with their day. Trying to pick this package up was a nightmare the staff are unhelpful, one staff sent me back into the other line and when i made it to the front i sent back to the pickup line. The workers that don’t know how to help you will just shrug and say oh well idk how to do this instead of getting someone who is capable of helping. 0/10 service took me 5 days to get a package that should’ve been at my door but it seems everyone (including the delivery drivers) are lazy and dont want to do their job.
Yulin 6 months agoThis place is RACIST!!!! I came in to drop something off and was told to use the kiosk. Since it was my first time using it, I politely asked the staff for help. Apparently, asking for assistance is a huge inconvenience. Instead of helping, they refused, acted irritated, and made comments like “Jesus,” which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The best part? The place wasn’t busy at all. No line. No rush. Just staff who clearly didn’t feel like doing their job. What should have been a simple drop-off turned into an awkward and uncomfortable experience where I felt dismissed and embarrassed for asking a basic question. I also couldn’t help but wonder whether I was treated this way because I’m Asian, as the level of irritation felt completely unnecessary and disproportionate to a polite request for help. If the expectation is “figure it out yourself and don’t ask,” maybe put that on the door. Otherwise, some basic customer service training might be helpful — especially for first-time customers.
Nat a month agoToday June 1, 2026 i went to drop a package at 9am and only one employee working at the customer window with a long line, had it to come at 4pm n still long line with 3 employees this time..i form in the line to drop to drop my package, I told the employee, tall man who was next to the passport line , that the scan machine wasn't reading my QR code n he insist to go n try again in the machine myself. I had been to another us post offices adn the employees has been able to scan my QR code at customer window...feeling disappointed it and sad at this location.
Jaime Quintanilla 10 months agoRude plus I’m very positive that they were trying everything possible to take over my P.O. Box that we have had for 30 years same key , a week a go all tge sudden our only p.o.box key they given us 30 years ago stopped working we couldn’t open the tge lock , my mom event back was told to come back tge next day , so we did showed up only to be told by tge lady that was not the key to the box , and we told her it’s the same key we’ve had for 30 years. She was dead sertain in wasn’t , with out even looking in to tge computer or verification, she just was like nope that’s not tge key, then she changed the story telling us they did change the locks and that they had given us the keys and we’re said uh no we don’t have they’d plus why did you change the lock, , she then proceeded to tell us that maybe you did make your payment back in march six months ago hand we had a receipt saying it was paid and the next payment was in September 30th that’s weeks from now eventually they changed the story saying they had given us tge keys and that we should have them but that there was a someone coming over from who knows were to try to resolve this that’s when argument broke out with two other customers I think trying to renew they passports and the clerk was being rude plus basically sending them to another location cause she didn’t wana help them hence the video we eventually got our keys snd they never told us why they changed tge lock or what happed or even asked us for i,ds to Verify If it was really our p. O box or not 2 hours we were there trying to see what was going on all we got was a round around till they finally maybe said ok tgey ain’t living here just given them the new keys , looking at tge reviews I can tell that something is up in there and they need to retrain, fire , an possibly investigate , this location here cause there’s some unprofessional people working here and very sketchy things going on inside there
