They do not know how to package passports properly at this business. They rejected two of my clients packaging their passports. They had the audacity to call me a scam when I have an outstanding reputation and look at their reviews. How could they call me a scam? The only scam is a 2.9 star Business. This was very disrespectful and I even showed up to confront them about it and they admitted it too. This was all to steal my clients and have them fill out the application directly through them. This is defamation and illegal. I highly recommend you search for a passport service instead of using them.

The lines here are better than other post offices I have been to. I usually don't have to wait more than a minute. I have shipped several packages and all of them got to where they needed to go to.

I just went to request temporary forward mail and filled out form , there was a male and female there female was lazy as could be and just took the form and said nothing. male was next and saw it all and said nothing either, just chatting themselves. I was about to show my ID etc but she said I will receive a barcode and that's all. that's not the right process , they were supposed to check ID and old address etc and process form but didn't. I left confused and thinking back, I realized these two lazy are no going to do anything while I am thinking my mail will be forwarded. these worse employees take jobs as granted and don't do minimum work. office was no customers and just them and me.. I heard forwarding online could be nightmare, id verification fails and waste money etc and decided going in person but nope, they wasted my time and lied too. there are good USPS folks like my delivery woman , efficient and dependable but others that give bad reputation too Update and confirmation: I had to post the letter from USPS with address change confirmation letter, I received not because these workers did their job , they are worse than incompetent , they are unprofessional and unethical, unfit for the USPS job. After waiting over a week and no letter arriving, I went online and requested change of address two days ago, and I just received confirmation letter with the activation code. So my instinct and gut feeling was right and glad I did the online change of address. If anybody has any doubt , look at the photo with letter, this is because online application which took like 2 or 3 minutes and just $1.25 or something. Much cheaper, faster and reliable than thos disgraceful and worse than useless USPS workers that are giving bad name and reputation to other hard working employees.

Went for our new borns passport appointment end of July 2025. Scheduled for 12pm, we arrived at 11:45 and left within 10min. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
