Service is horrible. They never have nor can they do anything. Don't bother trying to get a passport or passport information there. Don't try to get a cashier's check or money order. Especially don't ask them about your packages because they don't know what happened to it or where it went

I had important mail scheduled for delivery on according to my USPS Informed Delivery app, but it never arrived. The item was an important mail without a tracking number, so it’s extremely frustrating that there’s been no update or explanation.Mind you I had to get it resend twice and still the same issue I tried to get help but couldn’t reach anyone who could give me clear answers. It’s unacceptable that important mail can just disappear with no accountability or assistance. I’m very disappointed with the reliability and customer service at this location.

This USPS is incredibly slow for the population it serves. You are usually waiting in a long line with one maybe two people helping at the windows. The handle for the drop off mail has been broken for a while so you can't use for larger packets. There is no other mailbox available and instead have to wait for the window. Parking is very small and always full. Surrounding parking is hard to find. I avoid this location if possible even though it's the closest to me.

everyone i’ve encountered here is nice and genuinely tries to help. it’s usually not busy, ive rarely had to wait more than 5-10 minutes, sometimes there’s nobody when im there so i get help immediately. usually busy just on saturdays or late afternoons before closing. there’s a small parking lot out front. honestly better than most post offices i’ve dealt with.
