Very unprofessional and rude I asked to use a pen for 1 minute they refused to let me use one ..they quoted they will not let me use there personal pen cus it's there's ..very rude will never conduct business here again

Very unprofessional service at this USPS location. We are a business and dropped off prepaid USPS packages with customer-provided labels. We simply asked for a scan/receipt for proof of drop-off because we have already lost 2 packages at this location before. The employee refused to accept the package, would not provide his name or badge number, and used foul language toward us. Even the supervisor was unhelpful and unprofessional. We are located near San Pedro and 14th Place, and this is the closest USPS for us, but we were told to drive to another location instead. Completely unacceptable customer service. If you need proof of drop-off or professional service, be very careful with this location.

Bad. Experience this afternoon lack of profesional lack of customer service supervisor wont answer the phone . Wont help me to check the tracking number of my package. Bad mood a black lady and a hispanic rookie. Slow customer service zero. This hispanic girl wont go and check anything bad service replace this worthless employee need more training they act like if they act like if they own the place. Ones they on training they all kind but when they on the job they act up nasty

Multiple times I’ve come here in the afternoon (weekdays, well before 5:00 pm) and the doors are locked and the place is seemingly closed for the day. Ridiculous! If it happens again I’m reporting this place to the Postmaster General. Every post office needs to be fully open and operational during business hours, barring an emergency. Either hire more employees or schedule the ones you have better, but people deserve to be able to mail their packages/letters during the day, especially when this is the only post office nearby for a lot of people.

I am writing to formally complain about the recurring poor service at this location. While I have had positive experiences with other staff members, Clerk #37 (Galinda) is consistently unprofessional and rude. Every time she is behind the counter, I am treated with disrespect. ​Whenever I ask a question or need help, she responds with smart remarks and looks at me as if I am "dumb." Her attitude is completely condescending. For example, when I recently asked if there were envelopes available, she snapped, "Don’t you see them over there?" instead of simply assisting me. This is her standard way of communicating with customers, and it creates a very hostile environment. ​Today was the final straw. After another incident, I brought my concerns to the manager. Instead of addressing the clerk's behavior, he simply told me, "If you have a problem here, go somewhere else." It is clear that management does not value customer service, accountability, or the quality of the people they hire. ​Furthermore, I have witnessed this clerk being consistently rude to other customers specifically Latino customers to the point where they feel uncomfortable and leave. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and feels discriminatory. I should not have to go out of my way to find a different location just to be treated with basic human respect.
