The most kind post office employee that I have ever met is here. She had a strong work ethic and found my letter even though I was a couple mins late. This is the only post office I will ever visit while I live in the neighborhood.

The location is convenient, mind you, it gets extremely hard to find parking between 2:30-4:00pm. It looks like the entrance on Western Ave is closed, but it has just been given additional security. They have the machines to expedite service, and your basic supplies. Highly recommend you to bring your tape, scissors and markers, if needed. Cards are accepted and everyone is busy, most of the time. But overall, it's a quiet, clean, and efficient location.

The worst post office in Los Angeles by far. Extremely rude, lies, dont care for people. I spoke to someone on the phone today June 12 around 3:25 pm. I work in Leasing Office of an apartment building and this location delivers mail to our residents. I called and spoke to "Ruben". Our mailbox has been vandalized and we been calling for weeks on assistant with it. When I called earlier today "Ruben" tone was nasty and rude and hung refusing to help. When I called the second team he refused to do his job and keep pushing me and my manager to call the 1-800 number. There was no bone in his body from his voice that wanted to help us and the community he even put me on hold for 30 minutes with no help still. This is not the first time with "Ruben"

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Turner for her help in handling a package that was sent to the wrong address. The documents were urgently needed for submission to the consulate, and the package was unfortunately returned due to certain circumstances. Despite the situation, she was extremely patient, responsible, and proactive in helping to resolve the issue. She took the time to carefully look into the matter and worked hard to find a solution. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness are truly appreciated. I am very grateful for her support and excellent service.

Maribel was very helpful. I had a lovely experience. She greeted me upon arrival and was friendly during my entire visit. Best experience I’ve ever had at any post office.
