Even though they look tired, they handle all their tasks professionally and maintain a courteous demeanor. They open right on time; while parking directly in front can be tricky, the place is generally quiet enough to ensure efficient service.

there was a sign on the door today that said due to staffing shortage they are closed. Not sure how long. This is not a critique on the staff. Just wanted people to know.

ZERO STARS. Terrible USPS, workers are very lazy. The person I talked to was on her airpods and phone. NOONE was in line and I was asking for a receipt for my packages with prepaid labels already and the workers said I had to "go to the self service to get the receipt" there are 3 self service machines and only 1 was working while there were 4 people standing in line to get labels. The same worker also has attitude when speaking to customers and assisting them.

Truly as bad as it gets! The amount of times I have had to apologize to my buyers because this BS USPS location decided not to open, or decided to close at 5pm without warning is insane. Don’t count on coming here after work hahaha you’ll only waste your time! please SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ALREADDDDY

Honestly the lady working there was rude as hell for no reason and claimed my barcode wouldn’t scan and when I informed her it should scan because it’s a free return label from Amazon she rejected my return for using duct tape instead of packing tape. Ridiculous.
