Vance Global, LLC 7 years agoTheir customer service sucks I work in the customer service industry and the general guideline is never to make the customer wait more than 3 minutes on hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes and never got an agent. My package is sitting there since the 19th at 6:41pm and still has yet to move. They should not be in business if they don't know how to provide quality customer service.
