Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location’s business drop-off 3/28 at 1:15pm. The employee responsible for operating the gate completely ignored the bell and intercom for SEVERAL minutes, leaving me, multiple USPS carriers, an 18-wheeler, and other drop-off customers stranded outside waiting. People were honking their horns just to get her attention. Nothing! To make matters worse, when a customer approached and simply asked her to open the gate because everyone had been waiting, she argued with him and told him to “watch how he talks to her” — when all he did was ask her to do her to PLEASE open the gate. This is a gate button! It takes one second to press. There is zero reason for carriers, customers, and delivery vehicles to be lined up outside unable to enter while the employee inside is visible and actively helping window customers. The real issue was an employee who chose not to do a basic function of her role for several unnecessary minutes. It got so bad, the cars were to the street and everyone including the 18 wheeler was honking! Please refrain from putting a worker like this at the window. Business drop off means we’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars and are shipping a large volume of packages just to be ignored and discriminated against? Disgusting behavior. This kind of service is a direct reflection of why people lose confidence in USPS. Do better.

Pray your mail doesn’t get sent here! The workers are completely incompetent. I had a package sent here and they informed me it was lost and I’d have to file a claim. They said their driver did not scan the package so they are unsure where it was sent. As a government operated service this is completely unacceptable. I waited outside for management to talk to me for 2 hours, they never came out. Everyone here needs to be fired and this place needs to be shut down. Getting paid to be lazy, on our tax dollars! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, your mail will be lost or stolen by the employees. I’ve filed a complaint against them numerous times I truly hope they are shut down. The worker claims the manager name is “Sosa Rosanne” she needs to be fired immediately.

🙄 been in this area for about 2 months and have not received one lick of mail I’ve been waiting for. My packages are being marked as delivered and dropped off in mail room. We have no mailroom and building management confirmed they haven’t received anything. So now I need a P.O. Box because usps in the 90012 area can’t be trusted. Told there’s nothing I can do

I can't help, but to feel that they play with our mail. I've been waiting on important mail for over a month, and supposedly they don't get anything, but I get messages saying UPS delivered the mail successfully. Everyone I spoke to would tell me they are looking everywhere for it, and can't find anything! I give the tracking number, and I'm told the tracking number is not valid, but I use it to track it, and works well for me!! So this last time I got tired, and told them I'd was going to put a claim to start an investigation, and their body language was odd to me .. like nervous like! So I put the claim in and go to the post office again another day, and miraculously the mail I was waiting on, the one I was told wasn't there miraculously appeared. The man I dealt with (the one telling me it wasn't there) pretended he hadnt dealt with me .... So not only was I pissed about not getting my mail on a timely manner..... Now I'm frustrated,because he lied ... If he lied about not dealing with me days prior what else would he lie about? My mail not being there? It's bullshit! Yes I finally got the mail, but by the time he decided to give it to me it was voided, and not good, so I'm still here waiting ... Over a month now
