Trying to get fingerprints done. Only open from 10 am - 3 pm. Came once and “computer was down.” Came 2 days later and the person working there can’t be found. Staff made some calls and apparently he’s in “training,” and no one else can do his job. Told to wait and maybe he’ll show up. Management obviously doesn’t care. This place sucks.

I drove out of my way to drop off a Priority Mail package here, hoping to shave some time off of the delivery vs dropping off at my local post office in Alameda. The mailbox slot in the lobby advertises hourly collection. I dropped off my envelope at 10am on a Wednesday, but it was not scanned for a full 36 hours, at 10pm Thursday, still in Oakland. 🤦

How about zero stars? Sent my son, and daughter in law birthday cards. One in August, one in very early September. Neither received their mail. Pathetic. Not the first time either. DO BETTER!!!

Terrible customer service, management doesn’t know what they are doing. They don’t know how to properly address mail related issues and brush you off.

This place is unreliable! I dropped off my packages with tracking but this post office didn't bother to scan my items! This isn't the first time and shouldn't be so difficult. You're better off finding a different branch to go to that actually does their job!
