There is Somethingsignificantly wrong with this distribution center located in Oakland, California never have I ever Experienced having a package lost through the USPS and here. We are a month later with no update as to why my package is still sitting at this location. It makes absolutely no sense and the higher-ups need to Specifically look into why is it an often occurrence as to lost or delayed packages…Please find my package and send it ASAP. I have tried several times through the website to create a missing package request and have experienced technical difficulties when I call they were of no Assistance saying that those requests has to go through the website. This is horrible.

Yesterday, the driver delivering my package to a Rockridge address drrropped it off at a wrrong address, then took an incoherent and fuzzy photo of it, and then claimed the package as "DELIVERED". I have been on the phone with UPS Customerr Service several times since then each time between 30 and 45 minutes. It's a shame that the driver would make such a mistake, both regading the wrong address and then with the image tat does not really convey any useful information at all.

This has to be the absolute worst USPS location in existence. If i could give negative or zero stars, I would. I order packages regularly through all outlets and any time I unfortunately have a package pass through this Oakland location, it ends up lost or delayed. They just keep changing my delivery date every 24 hrs and my package sits here in their facility unscanned with no activity. It’s almost impossible to reach an actual agent for assistance. Everything is automated and when/if you can reach someone, they are unhelpful and basically tell you that it is what it is, deal with it. Don’t use usps if you expect to receive your package in a timely manner or at all. I use UPS normally and never have these sort of issues. Do better USPS or start hiring staff that actually want to work and want to do their job.

Everything went well. The package was mistakenly sent to California, as it sometimes (or often) happens. But then quickly literally in a day they were sent back towards Delaware, to the Wilmington distribution center to the east. So far, everything is moving fast and confidently.

Friendly staff at check in and fast unloading and loading. We bobtailed and parked on 3rd st to wait for a load. We ate at the Farmhouse Thai which was excellent then took the ferry. Only $9 round trip to San Francisco. We drove in the self driving car which was pretty exciting! Visited China town. The only caution is being surrounded by the homeless (they can get pretty loud at night)
