Just as many other reviews mention, the staff at this location is extremely rude. I came in with my packages already prepared, with labels attached, only needing to scan and drop them off. The employee who assisted me, with a very bad attitude, told me that I had too many packages and that I “was not supposed” to go to this USPS, without giving any clear explanation. In the end, they took my packages but did not provide me with any drop-off receipt or confirmation. They simply moved on to help the next customer and completely ignored me. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Came here to renew my passport and it couldn't have went more smoothly. I was in and out in 20 mins photos and all. Not to mention there was 3 of renewing. There was also lots of gift cards, gift bags and birthday cards, holiday cards etc the gift bags were a lot cheaper than at Safeway or Walgreens. Love that this post office is in a historic building loved the architecture of it! Also want to mention that the employees here were very nice too!! Will definitely be back!!

Overall this is a decent USPS though inconvenient since I live across the street from the Main PO. Our regular carrier is great. and it's not her on the route this week. A package I've been waiting for hasn't been delivered as I live on the floor ABOVE the building mail boxes. Several tenants have posted a note on the exterior of their box to please deliver to apartment to avoid theft. As the current postal carrier didn't feel it "safe" to do as requested, they have claimed to their system there is no safe delivery location so I have to go to the Post office downtown. It is ridiculous that as a disabled senior I have to go anywhere when the USPS employee was here and delivered my letters but not a small package weighing a few ounces. It is medication for my dog who is suffering without it. The excuse is ridiculous and a complete lie.

Staff is lovely, but they are extremely under staffed! Here now ( 4pm)and there’s only 1 clerk until 5. There’s 3 people in front of me and 10 people behind me. Please get this placed staffed up.

The worst customer service you will get. If you ask for a request, they will always refuse to help. They are super lazy. If you mailed in something less than 30 minutes ago and want to get it back. They will make lies that the mail/package is already gone out without attempting to help. They will at you with very disrespectful attitude. The employee at the front counter was shouting about an elderly couple struggled to fill out the forms. (it must been their first time) They were there for a long time, no staff member at site that can help them. The staff member should had use google translation, so everything could be quickly resolved. All the people at the line were looking at that employee shouting at the elderly couple, like those elderly couldn’t understand this employee. I am sure they can understood that this employee were talking about them. The atmosphere always being filled with negativity. We don’t need employees with such attitude.
