requested to have my fiancés medication held while we were in vacation due to thieves stealing from our mailbox every night. We requested it to be delivered when we returned on 10/7. After 3 days and no delivery or update we called the 1800 number to locate the package - they told us it was held at the post office. My fiancé went in and they told him it was not there. I’m not normally a Karen but when I feel my man get anxious & angry it comes out. Micaya was the supervisor but bc they are so underfunded & understaffed she was working the register. I told them it was here and we weren’t leaving until they found it. The laughed but we were so serious. Took them about 30 min and they found it in a bin set to go to Michigan !!! Thank god we waited and thank you to micaya for allocating an employee towards the primary task of locating the package.

This post office is located on MacArthur Boulevard down the street from where I live. They normally have two to three workers at one time and I haven't had too many problems coming here to buy money orders and stamps. Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. so normally there's one person working at this time.

Excellent service, the lady was super nice and sweet 😜, never judge a book by it's cover y'all. They may look angry but they aren't. Doesn't mean you have to be rude yourself 😾 Patience 😺

I generally love USPS but this location is surprisingly bad. Staff are often rude, have lost my mail, and today I finally decided to leave a review when I showed up 15 min before they were supposed to close but it was already closed. I could hear people in the back and knocked on the door and rang the bell but they just ignored me. I guess they didn’t want to work until 5 today!

Waiting for a package to arrive and have been watching the USPS Tracking all day to make sure there are no delays. Just got an update 1 min after the expected arrival date saying 'No Access to Delivery Location'. The gate is open and I was here the entire time, no one attempted to deliver this package. This kind of unprofessional gaslighting happens far too much by the USPS. It's as if the DMV started delivering packages. ... We should have let the USPS disappear back in 2020 when it was on the brink. Two stars is for the actual mail woman who is friendly and does her job well. It's the management of this local branch and of the USPS itself that needs to evolve or go away for good.
