08-04-2017 Bad service Waiting for 45 minutes 9:30 am to 10:15 and nobody came at the front desk it's really really too bad service. Every day it's the same problem. They take long brakes time.

All the reviews are true, from the language barrier to the rudeness and the spread of misinformation all around a terrible experience. All to ship one package that shouldn’t have cost no more than $7 The lady at the register doesn’t even know how the system works and will try to upsell you on shipping cost even for tape and to use the pen at the counter. I only came here as a last resort because I was in the area but never again Take it from me and the other reviewers PLEASE go somewhere else!

Horrible woman who wears a horrible wig that is never on straight has been working at this location forever. She's angry and makes everyone feel badly for coming there. I think she hates her job and her life. She's miserable and has a bad disposition. She throws your mail into the mail bin and when you ask a question she looks at you as though you have spit on her. I hate having to go there, but it's my only option. She needs Diversity and how to interact with customers training. If you are served by the younger woman or any of the men you are treated like a human! She usually works alone and always on the weekends so beware! You will feel unclean when you leave the post because all you would have been thinking is how filthy she is. Good luck you'll need it!

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! From both the man and woman with the mustache at the register. They are downright rude and seem like they hate their job and their life. I have no idea why they are still employed with customer service that couldn't even serve a rat properly let alone a human being just wanting to send their packages. The lady (man) with a mustache basically threw my package back at me and refused to help me because I was unaware that i grabbed an "overnight express" sticker rather than regular mail sticker, she also questioned "Is San Leandro not open today or what?" because I wasn't from Oakland but I work in Oakland down the street which is why I went here (unfortunatley). I will NEVER use this post office again, Just the absolute worst customer service
