This is long overdue. I have been going to this USPS for almost 7 years. I have only encountered courteous, patient staff. They keep their cool when there’s a flood of traffic. I never had lost package experience here.

Stopped in on a Thursday at 2:45pm and it was quiet, no wait, the service was quick and friendly!

The lines are always a little bit long, but the center is always stocked with all the supplies I need. The employees are cool. I don't know why people are saying they are rude. The customers are usually giving them a hard time and they try really hard not to be rude back. Service jobs are tough. Parking sucks, though. I agree with that statement.

This is the worst USPS office in the Bay Area , I came on Saturday at 12:30 P.M on the 31st of January , 2026 and there was a line of 8 people . The officer in charge decided to close the post office because she needs to eat her lunch . She was so rude and she lacked empathy , these are our governments workers we pay taxes for . The post office closes at 01:30 .

Very helpful if not exactly prompt. I waited 25 minutes in addition to my scheduled time. But once we got started I got my passport process underway and was able to get my wife's photo taken as well.
