Scheduled a pickup online. Showed up and there is a sign saying they are closed for the day without any notice. Found a postal worker who told me to come back the next day. I asked if they could guarantee there’d be a worker there the following day and they told me they didn’t know. No one picks up when you call.

Don’t expect anyone to come up to the front desk to accept a package for drop off. Been waiting at the front for over 30 minutes as I type this and leaving without seeing anyone.

Great place to drop off packages, and the folks there are friendly. Ring the bell and leave your package on the desk, someone will take care of it.

Showed up at 330. No one was there but more Angry customers that just kept showing up.

I live on 22nd. They have front and backloading zones - and almost daily they block people in in the morning. I have been late numerous times for work because they block my car in, and then there’s no one around for me to talk to to move the trucks! Mind you - in the photo below, the truck parked behind my car was actually in someone’s driveway. I know that there isn’t much parking for them but I don’t understand why they can’t just block themselves in instead!
