I can’t say enough good things about GoPostal! The owner truly went above and beyond for me. I had an urgent delivery that arrived over the weekend, and even though they were closed, the owner’s brother met me after hours just so I could pick it up in time for an important event. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. They’re professional, ethical, and genuinely put their customers first. Highly recommend GoPostal outstanding service and great people!

Very nice people but they messed up. I did a Live Scan for a background check and never received the documents. The address was entered incorrectly. The application had the correct address but my license had my old address. They entered my old address. I asked them what I do if I don’t receive it and their follow up was poor and the owner got angry with me for being frustrated that they didn’t follow up as promised. Still no document and now I have to start over. I will go somewhere else this time for my live scan. I no have wasted two months and still no documents.

Like other clients I can't Express enough gratitude to this family run small business!!! They helped me tremendously to fight FedEx over a damage claim ( arrived to my buyer with package incredibly beat up.... even with 4 FRAGILE ITEM labels on all sides !! Bob and his wife so professional and FAIR in taking care of their customers!!!! It was a pleasure to leave a tip in their so- cute son's college fund tip jar !!! Look no further than this great business for all kind of critical services!

I’ve been a P.O. Box customer for 4 years now and their services are 100%! Not just the work they do, but also their genuine energy and care is way above what you will get from any other mailing/mailbox services. Thanks for everything Go Postal! Oh and you can rest assured your packages will be safe. I’ve mailed well over 20+ packages of various sizes to them, and I’ve never had any issues or missing items.

Sign up a little slow, but cheap, easy, convenient and best of all... no hidden fees. Just remember the $20 sign up processing fee for a mailbox. LOVE THIS PLACE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! UPDATE 9-20-25: This is now the second time I have traveled over an hour from where my boat (home) happens to be anchored in San Diego Bay only to find out they are closed. Wasted $15 on transport only to NOT be able to pick up my furbaby's life vest (this time) before leaving the country via open ocean. Last time was an inconvenience. This time is affecting the safety of a living being for the foreseeable future. I recommend using a cheaper, big box chain if you need reliability. Sorry Go Postal. Have to tell the truth.
