This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The people at the counter are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had anything but a positive experience here. Most recently I had to ship a package to Australia and it was less than half the cost of UPS. Still expensive, but surprisingly, shipping things halfway across the world isn’t free. I stan for the postal workers here and if you have anything negative to say about them, it’s on site.

My family has lived in Normal highs for over 65 years. I love this very small BUT, Very efficient post office on Adams Ave. Hope they stay there for many many more years to come ❣️💙

Tried cancelling mail delivery to my deceased father and they couldn't help despite me having the certificate of death and proper documentation. The guy just didn't know what to do and it was frustrating. Will try another post office

Please re-pave the parking lot. The potholes are terrible and a hazard. Someone could trip and fall. Then, it becomes a really big problem. Thank you.
