Been coming here for years to receive mail, packages, etc. Gotten to know the people really well here. Never had anything bad to say about anyone here. Paulina is so kind, patient, and understanding. She gets the concept of customer service and how to be polite and cordial to customers. Hand the pleasure of meeting and speaking with her several times and it was always positive and uplifting. And the people who were part of the old crew were alright too. This location unfortunately has a lot of newbies coming in and they either don't know what they're doing or go by the book or have no idea or concept about dealing with people whatsoever. I am lucky the mail and packages don't get mixed up. Some people just straight up have a major attitude problem and expect you to worship them and "I hear and obey" and that is not right. One particular individual, that needs to be brought down like 20 pegs and learn how to address people whether it's in person or over the phone is Abby. Short, curt, and on some type of attitude trip for real. It was completely unprofessional and distasteful. Out of everyone I have dealt with she was the worst. Had an entitled flair and ego about her that made dealing with her annoying and hard. I was tempted to try back later or on a different day with someone not as abrasive as her. Maybe a transfer to another location that is more fitting with her poor personality and vibe. An area where she will fit right in with others who are like minded as her. Of course it's only a suggestion but who else is she going to be prissy to next? At least a talking to would be nice, IF that would change her. I don't think a place of business where you see and help people should not have workers who conduct themselves as such. 5 stars is for the service, Paulina, and the others.

Called in the morning to inquire as to live scan service. Was told a 45 minute wait is typical. Arrived 2 hours later and the same employee, female, nearly bashed me with the front door as I was coming in. Upon inquiry with a separate employee as to the service the female, without empathy, reenters, sits, and states the machine is down. To be clear about this I asked to the timing. She states since (before I contacted her by phone) early this morning. I stated I wished she had informed me when we had spoken earlier, and her reply was, "Well, it has been off and on and I called to have it repaired." No further effort on her part 4th and final visit.

I'd never go anywhere else for shipping. Not only do they have everything needed, they're also always helpful and pleasant. Plus, they accept pre-paid package drop-offs for no charge. (Some brown shipping carrier stores charge for this for their own packages.)

Update your hours online. Why post hours online when they are wrong. Makes no senses ugh

This business is beyond excellent. The service is very professional and efficient. No matter how fragile or big the package is, the people here make sure that it gets to its destination safe and sound. We sent fragile glasses and heavy artwork -- everything arrived just fine and exactly on time. We have used this business for over 15 years, and we haven't ever been disappointed.
