My 5starts are for the front desk at the office. Super helpful. When I was there inquiring a delayed delivery, she followed up over the phone and made sure it was delivered to me.

One of there workers stole my package. They took zero responsibility for the theft. Then the old lady behind the counter yelled at me over the ordeal. Total disgrace.

Attached please find a photograph of my delivery today in which the postman did not ring the doorbell. He clearly just wanted to throw the package over the wall into a common area to save time; he rang the bell to mention it to me *after* he realized his mistake. And then? He marked it as Delivered. There's $122 in medications in there. It's 4-6 weeks to get replacements *with the express shipping*. I will suffer physical pain as a result of not having them and I don't have a way up to my roof. (And don't tell me to call the fire department. Fire department don't do that.)

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in resolving my case of a lost parcel (not their fault). They took the time to do some internal research and thanks to their referral, I was eventually able to recover the lost document.

I was told they were closing the store because there scanners where not working and that i should go to ups from now on. This is the worst postal office ever I had to go to another one across town. Highly suggest Not going to this post office it is the worst.
