I send my rent check from there. I would have 5 stars but their machines don't recognize my card anymore so now I gotta go pull the money out than go get my money order from them.

I appreciate what the workers do and understand it can get especially busy during the holiday season. However, no matter the time of year this location always has long lines and there’s always only a single worker at the front desk despite there being 4 stations. It’s so inefficient, this branch must be understaffed year round.

This review is for one employee at the USPS location on Geary and Fillmore in San Francisco. Since he was not wearing a badge and he did not identify himself, I will mention that his shift ended at 2:00 pm on July 11th. He is very incompetent (he could not find a very large packet identified by her colleague only 30min before), very rude (treated very badly an older lady, and prompted the open reaction of the customers in the office), and has very big anger management issues. In order to preserve the reputation of his colleagues at this location and USPS in general, I expect that he will have to take some classes or some additional training ....

Incredibly helpful staff. Even have someone in the lobby area to help folks figure out self service and answer questions without waiting in line.
