People saying it's crowded haven't been to other locations. Also, I was served by two different employees on two different occasions and both of them had god's patience. Thank you and please don't quit 🫶🏻

Went there to pay for and mail a letter on a weekday afternoon. It was easy and quick to accomplish even though only 1 or the 7 clerk stations were open. It only took 7 minutes.

Nice clean location with lots of space, self-service, drop-off bins, and different kinds of packages for self service. Also there are security lockers available. Location is convenient. Didn't talk to staff though, cannot tell on this experience.

ANDRA and CANDACE or as I call them the Dynamic Duo are absolutely phenomenal. I only saw them both working so was so so so impressed how quickly yet professionally they took care of everyone in the line. I sure hope there are more in the team but I have almost always only seen them both. Even busy, ANDRA and CANDACE would have a smile and would be extremely helpful. I have a PO BOX at this location for a year and it is because of team members like them, I will definitely extend for another week. Such wonderful employees should be appreciated and recommended. Thank you Andra and Candace. You are pillar of customer service.

I visited on a Friday at 1:40 pm, and there was only one person working. Unfortunately, there was a line of 8 people ahead of me, which led to a longer wait time than expected. While I understand that Fridays can be busy, it would help to have additional staff available to handle the crowd more efficiently.
