Don't believe the negative reviews! The branch is really very good, large halls, the operators all worked in their places and were very patient with all visitors, polite, helpful. Compared to several post offices (check from my personal experience), it is very clean and polite here. I come here precisely because of the cleanliness and polite employees. I recommend it.

Pijush is the nicest and efficient mail attendant ive experienced at this location. He has the voice of a podcaster and the patience of a saint. He will give you recommendations as to how best to send your mail and what information is most important for you to pay attention to in your situation. Kudos to him and the rest of his team, he needs a raise!

I frequently get packages delivered to lobby and/or front door... But for the second time , in as many months, a USPS package was "delivered" but not received... Anything that comes from that office that looks valuable seems to be disappearing before it's even delivered... One time I got a notice that the package was put in my mailbox and ran down stairs and there was no mailman , and no package... shenanigans!!!!

The clerk made a loud point of view on how my letters were too big and that I should make them smaller. Then she began to tell me that the letters were not stamped correctly. I did not say or do anything. I said thank you and smiled. Then I left. To respond to her verbal assault would have been justified according to faces of other patrons watching this go down in real time.

Extremely long wait. 4/5 times you come in to drop off or receive packages, budget 45mins or more.
