I am so frustrated. I have a package that I urgently need today, but it has been sitting since yesterday morning. It was originally supposed to arrive between May 16 and May 19, but now when I call and text them, they say it won't arrive until May 20. I'm so mad and annoyed! I really wish they would improve their service or just stop operating altogether, as it's incredibly frustrating.

I paid for priority shipping for two letters I sent; 20 days have now passed, and they are still in transit—they have not reached their destination. I consider this very poor service, as I paid for priority—something I did not receive. What can I do in this situation?

I applied my families passports in this location years ago, and had no problems. But when I came back to renew, things seemed very different. The ladies in the front were very unprofessional and rejected, seems they are there for just kicking you out. They can say you can’t fill paper form if you applied online, they can say we only accept one walk-in every day on one day and say they have two walk-in available every day another day, they mostly say “no you can’t do it today “, “ you have to reschedule “, “I can’t help”, “it’s your problem “. They never given you enough information or tried to see what they can do. Very terrible service and attitude.

Hi Family This post office is very user friendly. Customer service is great. I was trying to renew a passport and the clerk was very helpful.
