I had dropped off a few packages i wanted to ship out and hell I guess I made the mistake of asking the worker midway if I could also get a receipt as well as she was printing the labels and she responded super condescendingly. Turns out a week later the packages were mixed up and my buyers received each others packages. Print your own label before coming here or dont, the workers at the Bryant st location are much nicer

it's fine if you just want to pay and send things, but don't expect to get your answers questioned. Instead of answering my mail-related questions patiently, the worker kept interrupting me and trying to shoo me along. Not good for small business owners who want to understand more about the USPS shipping process. Also the counter staff tried to charge extra for my mail. Ended up getting my item shipped at the main branch with no problems.

The two men there on a Saturday were awesome and super helpful ! We sent birthday packages to family and they helped us determine best/cheapest mailing boxes. Great experience
