Absolute trash. If any package I get goes through there it’s over a month!!!! They always fail to scan tracking as well. Soon as I find out a package goes there I reorder and make sure it doesn’t travel through there guess what I get it in a week . Explain that . It’s severely delayed , lost or stolen every time

You guys are the worst USPS facility in this whole country! Beibg from Hawaii I love USPS, but they need to crack down on these people that work there. Makes no sense to me that a package from NY would get to me a week before another one from Oregon that had been ordered a week prior. Unfortunately the one coming from Oregon had to go thru the infamous SF distribution center. And I should mention it happens constantly without fail.

Everyone already know this place is horrible! Usps as a whole hasn't been reliable as back in the days, packages sent here will never see movement ever again! Lesson learned, usps is by far the worst delivery service, I used every delivery service there is sure some get delayed but never lost or stolen! Next time I'll just take the extra mile to ups and or FedEx!

My tracking number says my package will be delivered to my house today on May 12th 2026 , I even paid extra money for priority shipping . According to my tracking number , my package has been sitting at this SF facility for 3 days now with absolutely no new updates . After reading the TONS of NEGATIVE reviews I have absolutely NO hope now . I guess all of the comments are true , this is where packages go to get stolen or lost ..... I called the phone number for this facility and to no surprise they did not answer and you can't leave any messages . The hours of operation that are on the automated call are incorrect . I don't understand how a place can have hundreds of negative reviews over the span of years and nothing gets any better , that's insane to me . Literally every single review for this place is negative . This place deserves 0 stars !

If I could give negative stars, I would.. My husband shipped a package from Ukiah (about 3 hours north of San Francisco) It was a very large package and this was the last location it was scanned into literally the same day it was shipped from Ukiah. According to the USPS person we spoke to and had look into it they said "We emailed them 3 times and haven't gotten a response" We also got information that the package was scanned in but never assigned a cart, meaning more than likely someone had to have walked out of there with the package in hand and made off nicely being it was 2 paintball markers, totaling a minimum $2k in value... This is joke of a location and we will be filling with the post master to look into this more.
