Falsifying delivery attempts. Absolutely unacceptable—this has happened multiple times now. I am home all day waiting and literally looking out the window, yet they mark the packages as 'No Access to Delivery Location,' which is a complete lie. This organization desperately needs to be overhauled and held accountable

This is where they send your parcels to do time if you are not home to prevent it. You may have ordered your parcel online but this place is brick and mortar. Located close to the design district, I'm giving an extra star for the surprisingly comfortable maroon Danish modern chairs in which you can wait and wait.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. I read the restrictions, came with the required info, and they were both nice to me and solved my issues. Come earlier in the morning I guess?

Waited for 15-20 minutes to pick up a package that I wasn’t advised attempted a delivery and got brought here. A delivery guy from FedEx even came in and rang the bell that seemed to reach no one. He left and I waited. The crazy part was I could hear people shuffling around in the other rooms.

I had a very positive experience. The story began when USPS lost my parcel and, by default, redirected me to this location, even though it technically wasn’t their responsibility. Despite that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to do some internal research and provided me with the right number to call. Thanks to their referral, I was eventually able to recover the lost document. While I was waiting there, I also observed how patient and solution-oriented they were with every customer. Their professionalism really stood out. Thank you!
