My husband and I came in for a passport. Surprisingly, I was able to get an appointment in only 5 days, so that's why I chose Eastridge. It had the soonest appointment. Everything went very smoothly. Carmella the postal worker was great, and treated us with total kindness. She gave good advice and was very patient, even when I was having an issue (because I had made a mistake on the spelling of my middle name on my DL so they didn't match). She was friendly as well as humorous. It made the chore of getting a passport enjoyable. It's right next to JC Penny's, so park by the entrance to the right of Penny's. Parking was close, and lots of spots open (unlike when I've gone to the Oakridge Mall.)

Huge shoutout to Harry for the incredible service today! He handled everything for us in record time and was extremely patient throughout. It’s rare to find someone who is so dedicated to helping customers and making the process stress-free. Harry definitely deserves a raise and some serious recognition for his hard work. He’s a massive asset to the team!

Harry was wonderful! I was stress about getting my passport. I was a walk in. He was accommodating, hard working and had great customer service. Such a great experience !

Harry helped us to apply passport for my son, he is super friendly and patient, he took the time to explain the timeline and process to us even tho he was super busy jogging between 2 groups of customers. Big thanks to Harry!

The Eastridge Post Office is conveniently located inside Eastridge Mall, making it a great option for those who need to mail packages or handle postal services after work. The staff is generally friendly, and the facility is clean and well-kept. It’s a nice place to visit if you're nearby or already at the mall, and it stays open until 7 PM, which is convenient for people with busy schedules. However, one downside is the long wait times, especially during peak hours. At times, the lines can be quite long, and you may find yourself waiting for a while to be seen. This is particularly noticeable when applying for passports, as they have limited spots available each day. I've experienced delays in service, and it’s something to keep in mind when planning your visit. Overall, it's a decent post office but be prepared for wait times.
