Went after work to complete change of address, came prepared and needed to scan the barcode and show proof of identity. Waited 45 min in line till after closing. Bald older man looking of thai descent , would not accept my passport. My official US PASSPORT. When IT IS listed on the USPS website as a valid form. He didnt know how to enter my passport , and implied i needed an ID or drivers liscense…..even safeway can use and scan my passport. Now i got an email from usps stating that they can no longer help with address forwarding to my new address. Beyond frustrating.

This post office has been a lifesaver for me since it's open all day on Saturdays—the only time I’m able to go. So far, every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and professional. Really appreciate their service and extended hours!

Augustine is running a one-man show here. He is a really nice man and so kind. It’s always a pleasure to interact with him. For those complaining in the reviews: It’s not his fault that there’s just one employee. that’s determined by the higher-ups at USPS. And the correct hours are in the photo. The government mandates 15 minute breaks and lunch breaks for employees.

2023 Update: I've past by here several times now and they are finally open in accordance with their posted hours. The workers are sweet and even gave me a cool tip: let them know if you are shipping a book, it will USPS allows a flat book shipping fee (rather than weighing it, which ends up being more expensive). I think I can safely go to this location now without worrying it will be closed. 2022 Post: Don’t even waste your time coming here. They never open when they say they will open. Often times they will be closed for lunch and say they will come back in an hour and they’re not back after two hours. At first I gave them a chance due to Covid but after this happening the last 3-4 times, there is just no excuse. For example, the sign says it opens 10am today, I am at the mall now and it is 11:22am and no one is there. There’s no sense of accountability and I’m not sure who is even running this office. But it should just be closed to save people time and energy of going to this site.
