I've had two deliveries that required signature come from this post office marked as "delivery attempt made" but they never bothered to ring my doorbell. Meanwhile my other packages that came during the same trip were dropped off. The drivers here lie and the office never answers the phone.

Of the various USPS locations I’ve dealt with, this one is pretty solid. Relatively well kept, decently organized and clean, and there wasn’t a huge wait. The staff wasn’t exactly a ray of sunshine, but that’s kind of par for the course. Aside from that, my only complaint is that they don’t have many writing utensils around for writing addresses on your packages and stuff. Not the biggest deal, but it might be a good idea to bring a pen.

The Indian lady that works in the front register is kind of rude and has like no manners and etiquette. I would put her name up but she wasn't even wearing a name tag unlike her other coworkers

I arrived this Berryessa post office to mail a priority medium package. Unfortunately, they wanted to force me to purchase a tape for the priority medium box. I got tape at other Post Office for Priority Mail usually for sealing the package. This was too bad. I have to write poor review for this branch.
