Excellent Customer Service from Loyal Employees: I've been going to this post office since 2002. Some of the same employees from over 15 years ago are still there. I've always been treated well, and the friendly staff remembers me (for the right reasons). On more than one occasion, the staff went above and beyond to find packages and other 'lost' items in the back. And, they always came through. Even with a line, the staff always allowed me to hand cancel stamps on packages to my uncle, who is an avid stamp collector. Yes, nearly ninety years of collecting stamps. But, it's like Christmas for him each time he he receives a letter or package that has the 'bullseye' stamp that includes the date and place on the stamp itself. Kudos to this post office for taking the little extra time and allowing me to do something nice for my uncle.

One of the worst post office experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking basic customer service. Instead of being helped, I felt talked down to and treated with suspicion. This is not the level of professionalism people should expect from a public service office. Very disappointing. Don’t forget we are in America.

I recently visited this USPS location and had a disappointing experience with their customer service. There was only one staff member, an Asian male, working at the time. He was assisting a customer who was on the phone with her bank because her credit card was denied. Meanwhile, there were three other customers, including myself, waiting to be helped. The staff member was focused on working on labels while the customer was on the phone. I politely asked if he could assist us while she was waiting to speak to someone from her bank. He responded that he was helping her. I pointed out that she was on the phone and suggested he could help us in the meantime. Fortunately, another employee noticed the line and stopped stocking supplies to assist us. This was a relief, but it highlighted the need for better customer service management to ensure all customers are attended to promptly. This experience was frustrating as it seemed like a simple solution to help multiple customers more efficiently was initially overlooked. I hope USPS can improve their customer service to better manage situations like this in the future.

I’ve never had an issue at this post office. There’s a line, because it’s a post office, but the staff are competent and friendly. Tip: you can do almost everything at the self service kiosk. There’s no need to stand in line in 2024.

I paid extra for signature required service, xpecting that only the intended recipient would sign for the package or at least someone in that apartment. Instead, the recipient got a message saying it was “signed and delivered,” even though she never signed for anything and was home the entire time. Turns out, USPS had some random person sign for it and then just left the package in a building hallway. No knock, no confirmation, no care. Seriously, what does “signature required” even mean to USPS? Because from where I’m standing, it’s just an empty label and a wasted fee. Completely unacceptable.
