Since moving to the area 6 years ago, I’ve been to this location maybe twenty times, for personal and business purposes. Staff are all very knowledgeable and quick. It’s often busy when I go (peak time for most people-before my work day starts, lunch, or after working hours), and when the line is too long, I use the self-service kiosk which is easy to use and a great alternative when you’re in a hurry. Earlier this week, I came in to have passport photos taken of my newborn (immediately after multiple failed attempts elsewhere). Rajni was working the passport area and was extremely kind and patient working with me and photographing my 7 week old. It took many tries, but she remained calm, easing my stress, and was eventually successful in capturing a forward facing shot. That was my first time using the passport services USPS provides, and I really appreciated Rajni’s expertise.

I don't know if they will see this review but thank you so much for helping me today! I had a great experience at this USPS. I have an important mail that was mailed to my old address by accident. Once I placed a ticket on USPS main website, this local post office contacted me within an hour and was able to resolve my concern within the next hour and I was able to come pick it up without any issue the next day! Everyone was helpful and friendly!

They have no change of address forums available out front for whatever reason, same with another usps I've been to in California. Every other usps I've ever been to you can grab one up front without needing someone to give it to you, fill it out, and drop it off.. not of California apparently, wait in a line of 7 people to get the paper hidden behind the desk only to fill it out and have to wait in line of 4 people again to give it to the person. So ridiculous, a 3 minute taste takes 15 to 20 minutes because of this, it's because they want you to spend 8 dollars online to make money off the transaction, I'm loving California since I've moved here..... Such a money grubby state -_-

Zero stars. The absolute worst customer service at this location, from everyone I’ve ever interacted with. I recently arrived here a few minutes after closing time with a small handful of prepaid envelopes, right as an employee was emptying the mailbox in the lobby. I snapped a few pictures for my own proof of delivery (I sell items on eBay) and asked the woman if she could wait 15 seconds and I would hand them off to her. Instead she ignored me and walked away, I know I was asking for a lot, but still very rude and off putting. I waited for a minute in the lobby to try and catch 2 other employees attention who were still inside, but was also ignored again. They wouldn’t even look at me. Again, I know I was asking for a lot, someone to take 10 steps and execute a quick handoff. The workers at this location always seem to be miserable every trip I’ve made here. They work in a customer service field, but apparently they aren’t aware of this.

I had a great personal experience here thanks to My. She helped me get my passport in time for my birthday trip! They didn’t have any appointments for a month out and she was able to squeeze me! Again thank you My for ur great customer service.
