I have been dropping items to this office since a long time ago. Thanks to the dedicated, friendly, helpful staffs and front desk people, this office has come from a mediocre place to my favorite USPS location. Thank you again all front people as well as the postmen who safely delivering items to my house over the years.

The lady at the cash was super helpful and polite and friendly. They were fast and efficient.

Lost 2 packages sent from this location, this happened first time in my life. One was $360 smartphone that I returned to an online store, but they received the package empty. After lot of tries of investigation, they just told me they delivered the full package, if the package was opened or something it would have been returned back to me. I have been buying from this retailer since 8 years, and this happened for the first time.. I never got my refund from the retailer, $360 was a lot of money for me. I am still hurt Other one was a cheap wrist watch mailed to an friend, he never received it. Both times it was the same exact lady at this office. I don't know whom to blame. But I don't trust this location anymore

I don’t know why this PO got average rate but my experience here was very positive. The front desk attendants are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Van. I definitely will come back here every time I need to post mails or packages. Keep it up your great jobs! Thank you.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. I was asked if I was already being helped to make sure my needs were addressed. Another staff member, Ryan, went out of his way to package and label my items when my package did not meet shipping standards. Great service overall.
