I had to make an international delivery. I had initially gone to some other cashier who made a mistake. Delmy, who was working at the front promptly fixed the issue and explained the differences between priority express mail and international registered mail. She also spoke highly of her coworker which shows she has great character. Very humble, patient, and positive. I had made multiple mistakes and changed my mind so she issued a refund. The next day I came back to do priority express mail again. She greeted me with a smile. She was calm and courteous throughout. She guided me through the process swiftly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is the type of customer service everyone desires but never talks about. 10/10 experience! I had a package that was stuck in the locker. Talked to Tao at the post office - she was awesome. She called the person delivering mail on my route, asked them to retrieve the package and deliver it to my home the same day. Awesome experience, wasnt expecting much

Oliva is a very poor worker with extremely low efficiency. While her colleagues have already served five customers, she is still working on a single customer. Even when there is a long queue waiting, she continues to work at a very slow pace. This has caused significant delays and dissatisfaction.

The work place attitude is the worst. The head of this post office never returns calls, doesn't handle complaints, doesn't manage his carriers so we don't get our mail consistently and he is a big Mr. ATTITUDE. Not only is the service bad, but most people don't know there are small posted traffic signs which will get you a ticket with a big fine for turning left into the post office parking lot. ( see photo) Mail early. Also, don't count on the insurance paying you if something happens. They almost always deny claims. Try another service. Better delivery times, happier employees, and they give credit on their delivery flub ubs.

Went in there clueless on how to ship something out. Albert helped me with it. One of the better post office experiences.
