We recently came here to submit our son’s first passport and if you’ve ever dealt with passport applications, you know it’s usually not a fun errand. It’s stressful, hard to book appointments, and generally a dreaded task lol When we arrived and saw a line, I was already bracing myself. But Ernest completely changed the experience. He was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. He had great energy and somehow turned what could have been a frustrating task into something joyful. We even shared laughs… at a post office… submitting a passport application! My husband and I left smiling and talking about how the world needs more people like Ernest. he is exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter in customer service. Five stars all the way.

I went here to mail a prototype for my company, FlauntaBra, to a manufacturer in China. I was so nervous because in all honesty, I haven’t sent many packages in my life, let alone across the world. Nicole at the front desk was not only extremely helpful, patient, and kind, but she was a delight to talk to. She made the entire process so easy and to my surprise, fun. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back and having a chat with her!

January 26, 11:50 am I went and the cashier to my surprise was helpful , smiling, kind, when I ask if I can have a little bit of piece of tape for my letter she make sure my letter was seal. I ask to weight it and see if 1 stamp was for my two pages. She weight it and told me weight was good. I had to say in others places people just grab your letter look at you like you bother them when you ask questions and makes you not want to go to them. Instead just go to the blue mail boxes to avoid angry or rude people at the counter. However, she restore faith on customer service can be polite and kind. Instead of cold shoulder and bother faces. People don’t have to smile is ok just they wait the talk to you or look at you like you there to make their day impossible is sad cuz I don’t want their day to be impossible. I glad they hiring a polite helpful person.

I’m 68 and have lived in many different cities and 5 states. This has been my PO for the last 7 years and I have never had a PO I love this much! The line usually moves quickly and when it doesn’t it’s because there’s a big rush. Everyone who works there is always so kind and informative! And they sell great greeting cards!

2nd week in a row where my package has sat still in the same facility for 48hrs + this facility specfically. maybe new management is needed here cause it should NEVER take over 96 hours to move a package to a destination that is 15 minutes away from this location. logistics are terrible here
