i bring in my letters the exact same way every single time and every different employee has some different BS to say about them. stamped, destination address written very clearly. they said it needed a return address (which it doesn’t) so i put one on there on the spot. then the next time, to prevent that BS, i put the return address (which it doesn’t need) and they said it was in the wrong place (which it wasn’t) and put a sticker over the return address that made it impossible to write the new address on. it doesn’t help that they also are slow as it gets and take forever to deal with customers and get their transactions done.

One clerk..the line goes back 15 people ....waiting for 30 minutes and I am 3rd in line. Horrible service..Will never come to this post office ever again.

Went to this post office to the designated drop off for bulk drop off, 2 employees came out of the back door questioning us on who told us we could drop off our large orders at this location. After explaining that we do bulk drops off at another location several times a week regularly and have never had any issues EVER they still refused to take our packages because we didn't have a manifest. Now I understand the convenience of a manifest, but it is NOT required and you are NOT allowed to refuse taking USPS packages that are prepaid and labeled. Shame on this manager for being so hateful about it and not doing her job. No wonder why you have such a low rating!!!

Angie is literally like the plague at this location. She has this “inferiority complex” and anytime you tell her something that she doesn’t agree with or like, she snaps on customers. I’ve been in this location multiple times and almost everytime it’s been busy, she gets overwhelmed and takes it out on the customers. She definitely doesn’t belong in this position and definitely brings down the vibe literally every time. Find a position you enjoy rather than one that allows you to take your frustrations out on the customers. Very very ineffective.

Crooks! I shipped a small package to a customer, and this post office charged my customer an additional $5.88 for a $1.32 flat rate envelope. I weigh and measure all my packages so I know this charge was a money grab... theft.
