This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had the front desk lady Alma is about as unhelpful as she can possibly be and has zero compassion. I recently mailed some packages to my brother in Hawaii and miraculously all of them made it except for the one I told the alma I put the sunglasses in that being said I’ve been back two or three times now I’ve called and filed the claim, and for some reason she told me that the managers are all out delivering mail and there’s no possible way to get a hold of them. I find that hard to believe considering if something goes wrong how do you get a hold of them? This whole situation seems like a scam. I’m attaching a picture. If it were up to me, I would have this place shut down. The picture included with this post is the only thing that arrived in Hawaii and the box was full of T-shirts and everything else.

This place is trash. They tried to sell me tap because I want to seal my box. So, I had to go home and seal up my box since they can’t give me tap.

Very incompetent and lacking in customer service they gave out a package of mine to someone else. They did not check the unit number simply handed it out to a neighbor and now are not being helpful at all in tracking it down. Gives vague directions to go online and file a claim but no support whatsoever. As I seek help to file a claim they just stand there breathe heavily and tell me to go online. And then they engage in side conversation with one another rather than supporting the customer who had their mail stolen. the worst is that I went in on saturday and they told me to come back on Monday and when I come back on Monday they haven't looked any further into it and just nonchalant and say they don't have the package. I know that, you gave it to someone you were not authorized to. It's time USPS learned customer service even if you can't help a simple apology goes a long way. Maybe learn how to assist in filing this claim, if you work for the USPS you should be knowledgeable of the website for how to file a claim that seems pretty basic

viciously incompetent staff who can't pay attention to anything like if the phone is ringing, packages being requested to be held for pickup, or doing literally anything in line with what their jobs are supposed to be. my EBT card is in limbo because of these troglodytes- they keep trying to ship it out for redelivery when ive requested them to just leave it for pickup, im not home when they try to deliver because i have to work, they won't just leave it in my mailbox because i have to sign for it. even when they have my request for pickup in their system they keep trying to redeliver like idiots. when i try to call to check if they paid attention to their own system and left my card at this location so i can pick it up, they don't answer. QUIT PLAYING MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE PEOPLE YOU SERVE AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY.

I took a damage claim in for inspection and was turned away and told to go online. I came back with the letter from the post office that clearly stated to bring the package in person for inspection. Someone claiming to be a manager scanned the packaged and typed something into the computer and said she noted visible damage. My claim was denied on the grounds that I didn’t submit the package for inspection. I filed two appeals and both were denied. I filed a complaint with USPS, and someone from the location left me a nasty voicemail saying she’d told me I had to go online. It was a $150-valued package that I paid to insure. I fought for a year, all because they flat out lied. Also, I agree with what people are saying about the open hours and accessing the PO Boxes. I rented one on the premise the lobby would be accessible to get my mail and, within a few months, they changed that to be only open when the service desk is open. And, often it’ll be the posted open hours and the doors are locked. It’s awful. I can’t wait until my contract is up and I can just never see these people again.
