I recently visited United States Postal Service and had a generally positive experience. The location was clean, organized, and fairly easy to navigate, with clear signage for different services. The staff were professional and efficient, helping customers in a timely manner and answering questions clearly. I appreciated how straightforward the process was for mailing packages and handling shipping needs, with multiple options available depending on speed and budget. Even during a moderately busy time, the line moved at a reasonable pace, and the service felt well-managed. The facility also had the necessary supplies and self-service options available, which made things more convenient. Overall, the United States Postal Service provided reliable and practical service for everyday mailing needs, and I would continue to use it for both personal and business shipping.

My local USPS closes early (3 pm) which I failed to notice. I was so happy to see this location was open and able to ship my mail! Kimberly was amazing! One of the fastest USPS workers I've had help me. She's also very welcoming and friendly, truly appreciated her.

Can't read English or what? Why do you keep sending my packages to Billings Montana or BFE Nevada when it very clearly states my location in Colorado? Prices continue to skyrocket, and service continues to plummet (at this point it's pretty hard to plummet, since literally EVERY SINGLE OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY ON THE CONTINENT IS FAR SUPERIOR). Shape up or sell out. You honestly shouldn't even be advertising services, since you lose or destroy almost as many packages as you actually ship If a single one of you is making more than Federal minimum wage, I think that needs to change so that your paycheck matches your "services". *Letting both big fat featherless birds fly in your general direction*

I went to drop off a package this morning and Mira, the agent, was completely rude just because apparently she didn’t understand what I wanted to do and how I wanted to handle my package. She started mocking me and saying I knew everything and she didn’t. She even asked me to leave the facility since I know what I needed to do and she didn’t. Then she got escalated and started slamming my label and box against her desk and I decided to ask her to just return my documents so I could leave. Worst and most disrespectful experience ever!

Had a great experience going here! I was pleased with the large variety of stamps to choose from. The staff member who helped me was so friendly & they’re open late (til 9:30pm) which was another perk! Also, there was no line when I went on a Friday & Saturday, mid day.
