Tanya is the best !!! She always answers my questions with a fun positive attitude. Naquanyea and Sherman are 2 awesome people they always make sure I’m taking care of very polite and informative. Always enjoy at this place. I’ll be back!!!!

Great vibe and service! I really like this post office. The inside has so much sunlight and the staff are very effective. I've been here a few times and the staff have always been friendly, patient, and helpful. Depending on the time of day, there can sometimes be a wait (and sometimes none at all).

I had a poor experience at this post office, and then while I was being helped by the angry employee he REACHED AROUND TO MY SIDE AND PRESSED "GREAT" as the screen asked me how my experience was. I was moving my finger toward the "BAD" option, but he was quicker than me! He then tried to tell me that their automated self service machines don't print labels from QR codes because it makes "more work" for him... some how.. but the only reason I was even talking to him was because the machine is disabled at this location.

I had never mailed anything with USPS before, and I was a little nervous because of the low ratings. I had a prepaid return label from a platform, printed it at Office Depot, attached it to my package, and went to the kiosk at this location. I just followed the steps on the screen, scanned the label, and in less than two minutes my package was dropped off. Very quick and convenient experience

I have to visit this post office location many times during the week, as the mailboxes where I live are broken into regularly. While I was in there today, I noticed something that really bothered me. One of the postal workers was nonchalantly throwing the packages into the different bins. NOT placing them in it but throwing, and a couple even hit the floor, and there was not a care in the world. I, for one, don't want to get damaged goods, let alone the fact that I mail multiple packages a week, as I own a thrift store that mails packages out all the time. This is my livelihood if things are getting to my customers broken, and what about the families that get their stuff broken? This is NOT OK....there are cameras everywhere, so if you want to look, go for it between 1:30 pm and 2 pm, but y'all will probably have the excuse that the cameras were broken. is the common theme these days. Y'all need to fix this issue because I promise that if my customers get broken items, I am not gonna be happy at all and will probably get lawyers involved
