I had an excellent experience with the passport service. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. He took great care in handling everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. His outstanding customer service and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of passport services. Thank You Dan 🙏

I came in to renew a passport and spoke at first to Deborah who was very helpful, congenial and patient. So when I came in again today with a question about the wording on the form I was hoping to speak with her again but the timing was off. So the clerk whom I spoke to couldn't answer my question and she called DAN the passport agent. He was immediately a JERK. Before I could explain the problem he starts firing questions that were unrelated to my problem. Finally, I told him that he was not listening and so trying to explain he turns away in a huff saying " I'm done with you"! And he walked off. How rude! He is supposed to be a public servant and that is how he treats customers. So I was able to explain it to Debora and at my request she summoned Devin who listened to my complaint and promised to note it for correction. I also overheard this man "DAN" speaking to some other customers and was frankly rather brusque with them as well, however he did give them more assistance, but then again, they were white. That may or may not have been his issue, in any case it is inexcusable and I would urge one to beware of this poor excuse for a postal clerk and try to get someone else to help, either Debora or the manager Devin.

Beware attendant was elderly, which is fine however the rudeness and inability to do her job efficiently is not acceptable. Was told they only do 4 applications a day despite what the website says. Try the colfax office for better customer service.

I see that Annette already has reviews and that's why I'm here too! Just when it feels like the world has gotten less connected and less caring, there's Annette :) First, I've been going to this office since I was a kid and it's great--has everything you need, but a small and friendly feel. Recently I took my daughter in to renew her passport and we were helped by Annette, who was review-writingly amazing! She's knowledgeable and helpful in all of the ways you'd need someone to be, but she noticeably goes above and beyond with her care--even really caring about how the photo looked and re-taking it (3 times!) to get one that she and my daughter liked. Thank you so much Annette!!

As other reviews affirm, the elderly lady assisting with passports is unhelpful and rude and very evidently hates her job. I would encourage her to find another line of work. The location off of 20th Street was significantly better, and the employees had social skills. Go there if able!
