The two people working were extremely helpful and nice. They were also very fast at getting people in and out. Could be luck of the draw with who you get, but today was a great experience.

The after hours letter mail box is very convenient. Recently, however, I went to drop stuff off and it seemed so full that letters were stuck in the opening. Should I be concerned about my mail getting to where it needs to be or is this normal over a weekend and the whole receptacle will be opened and checked and items sent out?

I would give 0 stars if possible. The older lady working 1/27 closing shift was absolutely no help at all and in fact would only give me facts about things she COULDNT do instead of giving me solutions. She needs to find a job where she can sit down all day and not work because she obviously has nothing going for her here.

These people are the rudest I have encountered. If you don’t do exactly what they want you to do they decide to make their own rules. I was trying to purchase postage for two flat rate envelopes which comes with a tracking number, the clerk charged me for the amount of the postage and decided to not add the tracking number on purpose. I tried speaking to the manager who appears to have a whole other set of issues and who ended up opening my envelope that was already sealed. I have no idea if they actually mailed everything since when I realized what she had done I went back in and asked for my envelope back to which the manager responded that she would call the police if I didn’t leave. There were very important documents in that envelope that now I don’t know if they will be or were mailed.
