I was going in there to mail some important documents and Clerk #23 gave me attitude to start with. I was telling her something to seal it then she sealed it without asking before hand. I told her to late then proceed to give me attitude. She then lied about one of the address I need shipped. To be honest I greeted her nicely and she give me crap in return. Go so where, if you want your mail done with kindness, someone who opens their ears, and doesn’t have a crappy attitude to start with.

The staff at this downtown location are consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. Every experience I've had here has been incredibly stressful. The employees appear as though they do not want to be there and treat assisting customers as a burden rather than their job. I live in the area and have visited over a dozen times, and each visit is unpleasantly consistent. Today was the final straw. To be clear, this isn't about one specific individual; it is the entire team I have encountered at this location as a whole. If there were other accessible Post Offices near downtown, I would go out of my way to avoid this location entirely.

The woman working there talked to me like I was an idiot because I didn’t know I had to tape my own box, then when I proceeded to tape it with the priority tape on accident she patronized me again even though she watched me struggle to tape it for 5 mins and said nothing. Customer service is hard for them. Go to UPS

I've had a PO Box here for about six months, and never had an issue which speaks volumes because USPS would NEVER deliver my mail correctly. I've had to order packages in my husband’s name because there were countless times that I had packages delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or ”lost.” Everyone here has always been friendly, and I've yet to lodge a complaint (which is a major thing as mentioned). Very grateful to have such an easy and ”normal” experience with this location.

Whoever the lady was working at this location on September 23 she did a great job. She was working by herself around lunchtime and she was handling everything so well. The location was very busy, but she managed to help everybody in a timely and efficient manner.
